Returns

If you have received an order and you feel that the quality of the product is below expectations or description or you've received something in error, please contact me via the contact link in the menu and I'll be happy to help you find a replacement or negotiate a return.

Please be aware that because of hygiene we prefer not to do returns on briefs unless the garment is faulty 

I am happy to exchange if you would like to change sizes but please be aware this can sometimes be at the customers expense of shipping but I will try to make as fair a price as possible.

Please dont hesitate to contact me for sizing and returns queries as I only allow returns within 28 days of receipt.
